SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 2004-056
VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS WITHIN
BLOCK 1 OF HUGHSTON ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of drainage and utility
easements by Resolution No. 2004-056.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed
until:
New drainage and utility easements over the northeasterly and westerly
10 feet and the south 6 feet of said Hughston Addition are submitted
and accepted by the City of Plymouth for recording at Hennepin
County.
Adopted by the City Council on January 27, 2004.
