RESOLUTION NO. 2004-055
RESOLUTION IMPOSING A CIVIL PENALTY
AGAINST PANCHERO' S MEXICAN GRILL
FOR LIQUOR COMPLIANCE CHECK VIOLATION
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Police Department routine conducts compliance checks on
licensed liquor establishments within the City; and
WHEREAS, during one of these checks conducted on October 10, 2003, an individual
employed at the Panchero's Mexican Grill, located at 4130 Berkshire Lane, sold
alcoholic beverage to an underage person; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statute and Plymouth City Code allow for administrative
civil penalties against the license holders for such violations.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, the City Council adopts the resolution imposing civil penalties against
Panchero's Mexican Grill for:
Imposition of a $500 fine for a first time violation under the Best Practice
Program.
Adopted by the City Council on January 27, 2004.
