CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2004-053 DESIGNATE FUNDING FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS WHEREAS, public improvement projects have been undertaken by the City of Plymouth; and WHEREAS, the projects have been approved by the City Council, but total project fiinding has not been designated by resolution; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to formally designate total project fiinding.
