RESOLUTION NO. 2004-052
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD/VICKSBURG LANE
SIGNAL AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 3116
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following:
Compensation to the contractor for Hennepin County requested video
maintenance equipment, also service pipe and wire required due to a change in
the electrical service configuration by Xcel Energy; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for Schmidt Lake Road/Vicksburg Lane Signal and Utility
Improvements, City Project No. 3116, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 2, to Park Constriction
Company for the Schmidt Lake Road/Vicksburg Lane Signal and Utility Improvements, City
Project No. 3116, by adding $2,924.00 is approved:

REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT
$287,154.25
- Add 3,906.10
- Add 2,924.00
$293,984.35
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED: that additional funding in the amount of $2,924.00 be from
the MSA Fund.
