RESOLUTION NO. 2004-040
AUTHORIZE THE PURCHASE OF
ONE NEW HYDRO JETTER/VACUUM COMBINATION UNIT
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved in the 2004 Budget the purchase of one New Hydro
Jetter/Vacuum Combination Unit; and
WHEREAS, the City may purchase off State contracts; and
WHEREAS, Boyer Ford has a contract with the State (contract 4432052) and Flexible Tool Co. has
a contract with the State (contract 443026).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; To authorize the purchase of one new Thick Chassis from Boyer
Ford for $78,705.00 and $5,149.33 for sales tax, and all title and plate fees paid to the state, and
one new Hydro Jetter/Vacuum Combination unit from Flexible Tool Co. for $175,640.87,
including sales tax and fees. The total price is $259,495.20. This is .037% over the estimated cost.
