FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAWFUL GAMBLING EXEMPTION
FOR OAKWOOD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PTA
WHEREAS, notice of Lawfiil Gambling Exemption have been submitted to the City by the
Oakwood Elementary School PTA for a bingo event to be conducted on February 20, 2004.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it
finds no objection to the Lawfi l Gambling Exemption for Oakwood Elementary School PTA for a
bingo event at Oakwood Elementary School, 17340 Co. Rd. 6, on February 20, 2004. The City
fi rther waives the 30—day approval waiting period.
Adopted by the City Council on January 27, 2004.
