RESOLUTION NO. 2004-031
APPROVING THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MN AND
BONESTROO, ROSENE, ANDERLIK AND ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR THE
VICKSBURG LANE RESERVOIR AND PUMPING STATION PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 3108
WHEREAS, on January 13, 2004, the City Council adopted a resolution authorizing the
Vicksburg Lane Reservoir and Pumping Station Improvement Project and designated
Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Assoc., Inc. (BRA) as the engineer for this project; and
WHEREAS, the Professional Services Agreement between the City and BRA has now been
prepared, reviewed by the City Attorney and is attached for reference; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Professional Services Agreement
between the City of Plymouth and BRA is approved at a not -to -exceed amount of $446,750
unless a reinforced concrete reservoir is approved rather than a pre -stressed reservoir in
which case an additional $24,000 would be added to this Engineering Services Contract;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to
sign the Professional Services Agreement.
