CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 2004-029
AWARDING BID FOR THE FINISHING
OF THE PLYMOUTH CREEK CENTER
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received on January 6, 2004 for the constriction of the
lower level of the Plymouth Creek Center; and
WHEREAS, 22 bids were received for this work; and
WHEREAS, the low apparent bidder is Lund Martin Constriction with a bid of
$601,000; and
WHEREAS, the City's consulting architect Del Erickson and the Director of Parks and
Recreation is recommending approval of Lund Martin for this work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the bid for the finishing of the lower level of the Plymouth Creek Center is hereby
awarded to Lund Martin Constriction in the amount of $601,000, and fiirther, that once
the City Attorney's office has reviewed and approved the constriction contracts, the
Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign said contracts.
Adopted by the City Council on January 13, 2004.
