RESOLUTION NO. 2004-020
RATIFYING SURETY AND BLANKET BONDS
FOR CITY EMPLOYEES FOR 2004
WHEREAS, surety bonds for certain City employees and a general bond covering all
City employees are required for 2004;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that surety bonds insuring the integrity and honest
performance of duties by the following named employees in the amounts set forth are
hereby ratified and confirmed for the year 2004:
City Manager
$200,000
Director of Finance & Information Technology
200,000
Assessor
50,000
City Clerk
50,000
General Bond covering all City employees
1,000,000
Adopted by the City Council on January 13, 2004.
