RESOLUTION NO. 2004-013
AUTHORIZE THE PURCHASE OF ONE NEW CURRENT MODEL
HIGH VELICITY SPRAY PATCHER
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved in the 2004 budget the purchase of a new High
Velocity Spray Patcher; and
WHEREAS, the City may purchase off State contracts; and
WHEREAS, Ruffridge-Johnson Equipment Co has a contract with the State. (contract 443026)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, to authorize the purchase of a new High Velocity Spray
Patcher off the State contract through Ruffridge and Johnson Equipment Co, Inc. The purchase
price including sales tax and fees is $134,437.57.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that the fiinding will be from account:
602-1760-8004
