RESOLUTION NO. 2004-010
APPROVE MnDOT AGREEMENT NO. 78789
WHEREAS, that the City of Plymouth entered into MnDOT Agreement No. 78789 with the
State of Minnesota Department of Transportation; and
WHEREAS, such agreement provides for payment of MnDOT's share of the costs of the
landscape constriction to be performed along Think Highway No. 55 from Plymouth
Boulevard to 1000 feet west within the corporate City limits under State Project No. 2723-
969A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby
authorized to sign on behalf of the City of Plymouth Agreement No. 78789 with the State of
Minnesota, Department of Transportation.
Adopted by the City Council on January 13, 2004.
