RESOLUTION NO. 2004-002
APPOINTING AN OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE
FRO THE PUBLIC SAFETY/CITY HALL PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City has solicited proposals from owner's representatives for services on
the remodel and expansion of the Public Safety Building and City Hall; and
WHEREAS, proposals were received and reviewed on January 7, 2004; and
WHEREAS, the committee is recommending the selection of Constrictive Ideas, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL, that
the contract with Constrictive Ideas, Inc. to provide owner's representative services on
the Public Safety/City Hall remodel/expansion project are approved, and fiirther, that the
Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign said contract.
Adopted by the City Council on January 13, 2004.
