HWY. 169 WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale intoxicating liquor license from Anh Phong, Inc., d/b/a Wandering Spirits, 3439 N. Hwy. 169; and WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates; and WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the application. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an off - sale intoxicating liquor license is hereby approved for Anh Phong, Inc., d/b/a Wandering Spirits, 3439 N. Hwy. 169. The liquor license is issued for the period through January 31, 2006. Approved by the City Council on December 13, 2005.
