RESOLUTION NO. 2005-482
APPROVING OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
6020, INC. D/B/A MGM WINES & SPIRITS, 3900 VINEWOOD LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale intoxicating liquor license from
6020, Inc. d/b/a MGM Wines & Spirits, 3900 Vinewood Lane; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the
application.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an off -
sale intoxicating liquor license is hereby approved for 6020, Inc. d/b/a MGM Wines & Spirits,
3900 Vinewood Lane. The liquor license is issued for the period through January 31, 2006.
Approved by the City Council on December 13, 2005.
