RESOLUTION NO. 2005-474
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has a contract with Doody Mechanical to work on the
expansion of the Plymouth Ice Center; and
WHEREAS, it was necessary for additional work to be undertaken on said project; and
WHEREAS, the constriction manager, RIM Constriction, as recommended that Change
Order No. 3 in the amount of $17,874 be hereby approved,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
Change Order No. 3 to Doody Mechanical in the amount of $17,874 is hereby approved,
and fiirther, that the contract amount with Doody Mechanical is amended to $529,300,
and fiirther, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign said change order.
Adopted by the City Council on December 13, 2005.
