RESOLUTION NO. 2005-473
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has a contract with Wheeler Hardware to supply
materials and work at the Plymouth Ice Center; and
WHEREAS, Wheeler Hardware has performed $1,205 of additional work on the project;
and
WHEREAS, RIM Constriction Manager is recommending approval of said change
order; and
WHEREAS, City staff agrees with this recommendation,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $1,205 for Wheeler Hardware is hereby approved,
and fiirther, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign said change order.
Adopted by the City Council on December 13, 2005.
