APPROVING AN EXEMPTION AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
WETLAND CONSERVATION ACT CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION FORM FOR:
WEST SUBURBAN HEALTH CAMPUS
SE CORNER OF LOT 1, BLOCK 1
NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS, 4th ADDITION
SW 1/4 SE 1/4 SECTION 22 T118 R22W
WHEREAS, CSM Corporation is requesting a Wetland Conservation Act Certificate Of
Exemption for an incidental wetland basin located at West Suburban Health Campus; SE corner
of lot 1, block 1, Northwest Business Campus, 4"' Addition; SW 1/4 SE 1/4 SECTION 22 T 118
R22W, and
WHEREAS, the wetland basin was created by actions by public or private entities that were taken
for a purpose other than creating the wetland and is therefore considered as an incidental wetland
basin and exempt from the wetland replacement requirment according to Minnesota Wetland
Conservation Act (MN Chapter 8420, Incidental wetlands, 8420.0122. Subp. 5 (C)).:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the exemption is approved and the Mayor is authorized to
execute a Certificate of Exemption Form for CSM Corporation.
Adopted by the City Council on December 13, 2005.
