APPROVING AN EXEMPTION AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
WETLAND CONSERVATION ACT
CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION FORM FOR
CHURCHILL RIDGE (2004107); SW 1/4 NW %4 SECTION 19 T118 R22W
WHEREAS, Mary Weinzierl is requesting a wetland replacement exemption for filling about
1,900 sq. ft. in a Type 1/2 portion of wetland basin as part of the proposed Churchill Ridge
development; and
WHEREAS, the proposed filling is less than the 2,000 sq. ft. de minimus allowed under the
Minnesota Wetland Conservation Act for a Type 1/2 wetland pursuant to MN Rule Chapter,
8420.0122. Subp. 9 (3);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the exemption is approved and the Mayor is authorized to
execute a Certificate of Exemption Form Mary Weinzierl for the proposed Churchill Ridge
development.
