AMENDING THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT
WITH TKDA FOR
TRUNK WATERMAIN EXTENSION IMPROVEMENTS
FROM VICKSBURG LANE TO DUNKIRK LANE
CITY PROJECT NO. 4144
WHEREAS, the City has an agreement for engineering services with TKDA for design and
constriction of the Think Watermain Extension project from Vicksburg Lane to Dunkirk Lane; and
WHEREAS, TKDA has requested an increase in the not -to -exceed agreement amount from $62,200 to
$63,600 due to greater than anticipated coordination with the contractor and reimbursement expenses;
and
WHEREAS, the contract is based on actual time worked and reimbursable expenses;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Professional Engineering Services agreement between the
City and TKDA, for the Trunk Watermain Extension project, Vicksburg Lane to Dunkirk Lane, City
Project No. 4144 dated December 14, 2004 be amended by increasing the amount of the not -to -exceed
agreement from $62,200 to $63,600.
