APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
47th AVENUE WEST OF UNDERWOOD
STREET AND UTILITIES IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 4141
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Revise the substantial completion date for utilities to December 16, 2005
Street with concrete curb and gutter, bituminous base and turf established to July
1, 2006 and final completion to October 1, 2006
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for 47t1' Avenue west of Underwood Street and Utilities
Improvements, City Project No. 4141, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 1 for R. P. Utilities Inc., for City
Project No. 4141, by revising the completion dates is approved:
Original Contract Amount $191,083.00
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 0.00

CONTRACT AMOUNT $191,083.00
