RESOLUTION NO. 2005-456
AMENDING THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH BONESTROO, ROSENE, ANDERLIK &
ASSOC., INC. FORVICKSBURG LANE RESERVOIR AND
PUMPING STATION CITY PROJECT NO. 3108
WHEREAS, the City has an agreement for engineering services with Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and
Assoc., Inc. for design and constriction of the Vicksburg Lane Reservoir and Pumping Station; and
WHEREAS, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Assoc., Inc. has requested an increase in the total
agreement amount by $5,302.45 due to additional geotechnical work required not included in the
original Engineering Services Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the contract is based on actual time worked and reimbursable expenses;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the proposal for Professional Engineering Services, between the
City and Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Assoc., Inc. for Vicksburg Lane Reservoir and Pumping
Station, dated January 28, 2004 be amended by increasing the amount of the no -to -exceed agreement
by $5,302.45 for a total revised agreement of $452,052.45.
