RESOLUTION NO. 2005-442
APPROVING OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
LIQUID COMFORT CORPORATION, D/B/A FOUR SEASONS LIQUORS 6, 4232
LANCASTER LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale intoxicating liquor license from
Liquid Comfort Corporation, d/b/a Four Seasons Liquors 6, 4232 Lancaster Lane; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid required fees and provided all required insurance certificates;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the
application.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an off -
sale intoxicating liquor license is hereby approved for Liquid Comfort Corporation, d/b/a Four
Seasons Liquors 6, 4232 Lancaster Lane. The liquor license is issued for the period through
January 31, 2006.
