RESOLUTION NO. 2005-440
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO
FRATTALONE COMPANIES
WHEREAS, Frattalone Companies has submitted documentation for final payment on
their contract with the City; and
WHEREAS, the constriction manager, RIM, has recommended that final payment be
made; and
WHEREAS, staff concurs with this recommendation,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
final payment to Frattalone Companies in the amount of $57,745.42 should be made and
charged to the Ice Center expansion project No. 3129.
Adopted by the City Council on November 29, 2005.
