RESOLUTION NO. 2005-438
ESTABLISHING REVISED RECYCLING FEE
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth's Solid Waste Fund has benefited from strong sales of
recycled materials; and
WHEREAS, the Solid Waste Fund has experienced consistent surpluses and accumulated
a substantial fund balance; and
WHEREAS, a reduced recycling fee would be sufficient to fiend the activities of the Solid
Waste Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the recycling fee shall be decreased from its
current level to $1.50 per month, effective January 1, 2006.
Adopted by the City Council on November 29, 2005.
