RESOLUTION NO. 2005-437
AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR LONG-TERM
DISABILITY AND GROUP LIFE INSURANCE
WHEREAS, the City desires to purchase long-term disability and group life insurance
coverage; and
WHEREAS, the City has received proposals from Standard Life Insurance Company and
National Insurance Services of Wisconsin; and
WHEREAS, the City has determined that the proposal from Standard Life Insurance
Company is the lowest and best proposal;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Standard Life Insurance Company is
awarded the contract for the City of Plymouth Long -Term Disability and Group Life
Insurance for the calendar years 2006-2008.
Adopted by the City Council on November 29, 2005.
