RESOLUTION NO. 2005-399
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
FOR STREET LIGHTING
SAGAMORE CONDOMINIUMS * 4385 & 4465 TRENTON LANE
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted October 25, 2005, a report has been
prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Sagamore Condominiums
by the installation of one ornamental residential street light and this report was received by the
Council on October 25, 2005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
The City Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all the
owners of real property within the plat named as the location of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted October 25, 2005. The petitioners have waived their right to a public
hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by Xcel Energy.
