RESOLUTION 2005-397
APPROVING A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO INSTALL TWO AIR -HANDLING
UNITS AND ADDITIONAL UTILITIES AT THE SITE LOCATED AT 5905 TRENTON
LANE NORTH (2005126)
WHEREAS, Hutchinson Technology, is requesting approval of a site plan amendment to install
two air -handling units and additional utilities for the site located at 5905 Trenton Lane North, for
property legally described as:
Lot 1, Block 2, Bass Lake Business Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public meeting
and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Hutchinson Technology, for a site plan amendment for the property located at 5905 Trenton Lane
North, subject to the following conditions:
1. A site plan amendment is approved to allow installation of two 40,000 cf n air handling units
as well as a related site improvements, in accordance with the plans received by the City on
October 10, 2005 and September 30, 2005, except as amended by this resolution.
2. A separate mechanical permit is required prior to the installation of the units.
3. Noise levels shall not exceed those identified in Section 2025 of the Plymouth City Code.
4. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per
Ordinance provisions.

5. The approval is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and violation
thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
6. Approval shall expire one year after the date of approval, unless the property owner or
applicant has substantially started constriction of the project. The landowner or applicant may
apply for approval of an extension by the City, as regulated under Section 21045.09 of the
Zoning Ordinance.
