RESOLUTION 2005-396
APPROVING A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR AMB PROPERTY CORPORATION, TO
ALLOW A PARKING LOT EXPANSION AT 13100 12TH AVENUE NORTH (2005117)
WHEREAS, AMB Property Corporation has requested approval of a site plan amendment to
allow a parking lot expansion at 13100 12th Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request at a public meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by AMB
Property Corporation for a site plan amendment to allow parking expansion at 13100 12th
Avenue North, subject to the following conditions:
1. The site plan amendment is hereby approved in accordance with the plans received by the
City on September 15, 2005, except as may be amended by this resolution.
2. Prior to commencement of the project, the applicant must obtain a grading permit from the
Building Division.
3. Prior to issuance of the grading permit, the applicant shall submit the required Financial
Guarantee and Site Improvement Performance Agreement.
4. Prior to issuance of the grading permit, the applicant shall provide revised plans indicating
the following:
a. Show erosion control protection on the plan by providing a Grading, Drainage, and
Erosion Control Plan in compliance with the City's Erosion Control Policy.
b. Submittal of a utility plan indicating the size and type of material proposed in the utility
systems.
c. Provide elevations for parking lot and along curb line. Show drainage pattern and
demonstrate that runoff is consistent with City requirements.

d. Provide concrete curb and gutter detail: B612 is required per City Detail STRT-1
e. Locate all existing and proposed catch basins in parking lot consistent with City
requirements.
f. For both existing and proposed conditions, show how the storm water drains off the
parking lot consistent with City requirements.
5. This approval shall expire one year after the date of approval, unless the property owner or
applicant has substantially started constriction of the project, or unless the landowner or
applicant has received prior approval from the City to extend the expiration date for up to one
additional year, as regulated under Sections 21045.09 of the Zoning Ordinance.
