RESOLUTION NO. 2005-389
TERMINATING SERVICES WITH THE
COOLEN BROS. TREE SERVICE
WHEREAS, the Coolen Bros. Tree Service has requested that the contract for the 2006
tree removal season be terminated; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council have reviewed said request and find it in the best
interest of the City of Plymouth,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the City will exercise its authority for 10 -days notice and that at the end of the 2005
season, the contract shall be terminated and a new contract cycle be rebid effective
January 1, 2006.
Adopted by the City Council on October 11, 2005.
