RESOLUTION NO. 2005-388
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF
A DEDICATED DRAINAGE/UTILITY EASEMENT WITHIN
LOT 1, BLOCK 1, OXBOW RIDGE 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for October 11, 2005 in
accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks prior to the
meeting of October 11, 2005; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by mail; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on October 11, 2005 to inform any and all
interested parties relevant to the vacation of the drainage/utility easement in Oxbow Ridge 2nd
Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easement was not needed for public
purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the following drainage/utility easement be vacated:
The north 14 feet of the south 20 foot drainage/utility easement lying east of the
westerly 10 feet and southwest of the northeasterly 6 feet as dedicated within Lot 1,
Block 1, Oxbow Ridge 2" a Addition.
