HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2005-384CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2005-384 TERMINATION OF WATER QUALITY POND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR PARKERS LAKE SHORES (20078) WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Parkers Lake Shores to terminate the Agreement dated June 14, 2001 concerning maintenance of a storm water quality treatment pond within Parkers Lake Shores, recorded on July 19, 2001 as Document No. 3411174 in the office of the Registrar of Titles for Hennepin County; and WHEREAS, the petition has gone through the review process established by the Plymouth Pond Maintenance Policy; and WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has determined that the petition is eligible and meets all the necessary requirements of the Plymouth Pond Maintenance Policy; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the petition to terminate the water quality pond maintenance agreement for Parkers Lake Shores (20078) is granted. The water quality treatment pond agreement for Parkers Lake Shores is terminated. ADOPTED by the City Council on October 11, 2005. Resolution No. 2005-2005-384 Page 2 STATE OF MINNESOTA ) ( ss.
