RESOLUTION NO. 2005-373
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO
RIDGEDALE ELECTRIC
WHEREAS, Ridgedale Electric has submitted documentation for final payment on their
contract with the City; and
WHEREAS, the constriction Manager, RIM, has recommended that final payment be
made; and
WHEREAS, staff concurs with this recommendation,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
final payment in the amount of $18,727.70 should be made and charged to the Ice Center
expansion project No. 3129.
Adopted by the City Council on September 27, 2005.
