RESOLUTION NO. 2005-365
RESCIND RESOLUTION NO. 93-448 AND
AUTHORIZE NO PARKING FROM 4250-4550 ARROWOOD LANE
WHEREAS, the existing No Parking Resolution No. 93-448 no longer represents the
opinions of the residents on the 4500 block of Arrowood Lane; and
WHEREAS, limiting parking on a portion of the 4500 block of Arrowood Lane will
keep park users from accessing the Zachary Playfields via the paved trail at the south
end of the cul-de-sac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it hereby, rescinds Resolution No.
93-448 and authorizes the installation of "No Parking" signs from 4250 to 4550
Arrowood Lane.
Adopted by the City Council on September 27, 2005.
