RESOLUTION NO. 2005-348
APPROVAL OF INSTITUTION COMMUNITY
WORK CREW PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City's Park Department has a backlog of projects that would be delayed
or have difficulty in undertaking; and
WHEREAS, it would be economically advantageous to utilize the Institution Community
Work Crew Program to complete these backlog tasks; and
WHEREAS, the program has been well received by other communities and is available
through the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, as adequate fiinds are available within the 2005 and proposed 2006 and
2007 Park Maintenance budgets,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the contract with the Institution
Community Work Crew be awarded for services rendered in the amount of $52,500 and
$56,250 for the years 2005-2007 and that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to
sign it.
