RESOLUTION NO. 2005-347
APPROVING ASSIGNMENT OF GROUND LEASE
AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND LIFETIME FITNESS
WHEREAS, Lifetime Fitness seeks to amend the agreement with the City of Plymouth
dealing with the assigning of ground lease and development; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has reviewed the said document and recommends
approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the Assignment of Ground Lease and Development Agreement between the City of
Plymouth and Lifetime Fitness is hereby approved, and fiirther, that the Mayor and City
Manager are authorized to sign such ground lease on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council on September 13, 2005.
