RESOLUTION 2005-345
APPROVING FINDINGS OF FACT FOR A LIGHTING ZONE MAP AMENDMENT
FOR BEAUTIFUL SAVIOR LUTHERAN CHURCH AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 5005 NORTHWEST BOULEVARD (2005082)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the lighting zone map amendments
at a duly called Public Hearing; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted the lighting zone map amendments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
lighting zone map amendment from Lighting Zone 2 to Lighting Zone 3 for Beautifiil
Savior Lutheran Church at the property located at 5005 Northwest Boulevard, based upon
the following findings:
1. The lighting zone map amendment is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan.
2. The lighting zone map amendment is consistent with the purpose and intent of the
Ordinance.
ADOPTED by the City Council on September 13, 2005.
