RESOLUTION 2005-340
APPROVING A PUD AMENDMENT TO ALLOW VARIOUS SITE PLAN INCONSISTENCIES
FROM THE ORIGINAL PUD APPROVAL FOR PARKERS LAKE APARTMENTS LOCATED AT
15100 18TH AVENUE NORTH, IN THE PARKERS LAKE PUD (2004019)
WHEREAS, Faegre & Benson LLP has requested approval of a PUD amendment to allow various site
plan inconsistencies from the original PUD approval for Parkers Lake Apartments for property legally
described as follows:
Lot 1, Block 1, Mallard Pointe, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public hearing and
recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Faegre & Benson
LLP, subject to the following findings and conditions:
1. A PUD amendment is granted to allow various site plan inconsistencies from the original PUD
approval for Parkers Lake Apartments for property located at 15100 18"' Avenue North, in
accordance with the application and plans received by the City on March 1, 2004, and additional
information received on March 3, 2005 and June 27, 2005.
2. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance
provisions.
