RESOLUTION NO. 2005-315
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 2005-314.
VACATING PART OF LAHTI LANE
AS PLATTED IN TRANQUIL VISTA
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of part of Lahti Lane within
Tranquil Vista by Resolution No. 2005-314.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed
until:
Drainage and utility easement document(s) are signed and submitted by
the property owner(s) of Lots 1, 2 and 3, TRANQUIL VISTA and
accepted and approved for recording at Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on August 9, 2005.
