RESOLUTION NO. 2005-312
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2004-517
ESTABLISHING 2005 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING DATES
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2004-517 on December 14, 2004 that
established the 2005 Regular Council Meeting Dates and Times; and
WHEREAS, September 13 and November 8 were established as Regular Council Meeting dates;
and
WHEREAS, both of these dates are Primary and General Election Dates; and
WHEREAS, State Statutes prohibit any public meetings on any election day from 6:00 p.m. -8:00
p.m.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Resolution No. 2004-517 is amended to state that the
September 13 and November 8 meetings will begin at 8:00 p.m.
Adopted by the City Council on August 9, 2005.
