RESOLUTION NO. 2005-310
APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE UNION
PACIFIC RAILROAD FOR A TRAIL CROSSING OVER
RAILROAD TRACKS IN PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the Union Pacific Railroad Company has agreed to pave the railroad tracks
at Xenium Lane just north of 13t1' Avenue; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to have a signed agreement with the railroad for this work;
and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation is recommending approval of said
agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign said agreement on behalf of the City,
and fiirther that the fiinding will come from the park replacement fiind and/or park
maintenance operating budget.
Adopted by the City Council on August 9, 2005.
