RESOLUTION NO. 2005-306
RECEIVING PETITION AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT
WATERMAIN EXTENSION TO
10600 AND 10610 SOUTH SHORE DRIVE
CITY PROJECT NO. 5125
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from the property owners at 10600 and 10610
South Shore Drive requesting the City to make improvements to 10600 and 10610 South
Shore Drive by the installation of 8 -inch watermain, and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, property benefited by such projects will be assessed for all or a portion of the
cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws
1953, Chapter 398, as amended);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Engineer is authorized to prepare a Preliminary Engineering
Report for improvements to extend watermain to service properties at
10600 and 10610 South Shore Drive.
2. That the Preliminary Engineering Report should not be started until the
petitioners submit a financial guarantee to cover the cost of the report.
