APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
TH 55NICKSBURG LANE
CITY PROJECT NO. 4134
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Compensation to the contractor for extra clearing and grubbing, common
excavation, select granular borrow, geotextile fabric, aggregate base special,
four -inch draintile, and traffic control interconnection installation.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for TH 55/Vicksburg Lane Signal and Street Improvements,
City Project No. 4134, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 1 to Hardrives, Inc. for TH
55/Vicksburg Lane Signal and Street Improvements, City Project No. 4134, by adding
$74,988.65 is approved:

REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT
$568,467.27

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED: That additional funding in the amount of $8,500 be from the
TIF Fund.
