RESOLUTION NO. 2005-302
APPROVING REQUEST FOR AMENDMENT
TO CLEANING SERVICE CONTRACT FOR
CITY FACILITIES
WHEREAS, on March 29, 2005, the City Council approved a cleaning services contract with
Supreme Building Maintenance Inc. in the amount of $7,753.83 per month for City Facilities; and.
WHEREAS, with the Public Safety Building addition and garage, Supreme Building Maintenance
Inc. has proposed to increase the cost of the contract by $2,737 per month for a total cost of
$10,490.83 per month,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the cleaning service contract with Supreme Building
Maintenance Inc. for City Facilities is amended to include an additional $2,737 per month for a
total cost of $10,490.83 per month.
Adopted by City Council on August 9, 2005.
