RESOLUTION NO. 2005-301
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
BASS LAKE PLAYFIELD DRAINAGE WAY PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 3131
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Additional 150 cubic yards of fill, 360 square feet more of erosion control mats
plus seed, removal of diseased tree which fell during constriction, and higher
quality restoration of constriction equipment entrance area which was
previously professionally landscaped. Change Order No. 1 includes a
$1,400.00 credit for not having to disturb the tennis court area.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the Bass Lake Playfield Drainage Way Project, City
Project No. 3 13 1, is recommended for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 1 for the Bass Lake
Playfield Drainage Way Project, City Project No. 3 13 1, by adding $8,624.67 is approved:
Original Contract Amount
$116,590.75
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - Add 8,624.67
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT
$125,215.42
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED: Additional funding in the amount of $8,624.67 for the Bass
Lake Playfield Drainage Way Project.
Adopted by the City Council on August 9, 2005.
