RESOLUTION NO. 2005-300
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 3 AND FINAL
BASS LAKE PLAYFIELD DRAINAGE WAY PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 3131
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Sunram Constriction, Inc., as contractor,
have entered into an agreement for the Bass Lake Playfield Drainage Way Project, City
Project No. 3 13 1, said agreement being dated September 13, 2004; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Division has certified acceptance of the work and approval
of the final request for payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $116,590.75. One change order
was approved in the amount of $8,624.67 and the value of the work to date
is $125,215.42 and is herewith approved. This project does not exceed the
revised contract amount,
2. That the work performed by the contractor for the Bass Lake Playfield
Drainage Way Project (3131) and certified to the Council by the
Engineering Division as acceptable, being the same, is hereby released
from the Engineering Division as acceptable from the contract except as to
the conditions of the performance bond, any and all legal rights of the
owner, required guarantees and correction of faulty work after final
payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 3 and Final in the amount of $18,110.79 to
Sunram Constriction, Inc. for the Bass Lake Playfield Drainage Way
Project is hereby approved and the City Finance Director is hereby
authorized and directed to pay the same forthwith.
