RESOLUTION NO. 2005-299
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
WITH THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF
PUBLIC SAFETY, ALCOHOL AND GAMBLING
ENFORCEMENT DIVISION
BE IT RESOLVED that the Plymouth Police Department enter into a grant agreement with the
Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement Division for the
program of underage alcohol compliance check fiinding for the period from July 1, 2005 through
May 31, 2006.
The City Manager and Chief of Plymouth Police Department are hereby authorized to execute
such contract as is necessary to implement the project on behalf of the Plymouth Police
Department.
Adopted by City Council on August 9, 2005.
