RESOLUTION NO. 2005-290
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR
ICE CENTER CONTRACTORS
WHEREAS, RIM constriction manager has forwarded final payment for Kellington Co.
and Simplex Grinnell; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has reviewed and concurred with said
recommendation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
final payment to Kellington Co. in the amount of $1,482.80 and final payment to Simplex
Grinnell in the amount of $5,092 is hereby approved.
Adopted by the City Council on July 26, 2005.
