RESOLUTION NO. 2005-286
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER AND THE CHIEF OF POLICE TO CONDUCT
THE 2005 DEER MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the local deer management experts have suggested that the deer herd
population in the City of Plymouth be limited to 200 or less; and
WHEREAS, the current population is higher than the recommended level; and
WHEREAS, the Deer Management Program's metro bow hunt and trapping practice
have offered success.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, that the City Council authorizes the City Manager and the
Police Chief to conduct the 2005 Deer Management Program.
Adopted by the City Council on July 26, 2005.
