RESOLUTION NO. 2005-268
APPROVING WINE AND ON -SALE 3.2 MALT LIQUOR LICENSES
FOR 1 ST OF THAI, INC. D/B/A 1 ST OF THAI
101006 TH AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for wine and on -sale 3.2 malt liquor licenses from 1 st
of Thai, Inc. d/b/a 1 st of Thai 10100 6"' Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has provided all required insurance certificates and will pay all fees; and
WHEREAS, an investigation of the applicant by the Plymouth Police Department resulted in no
recommendation for denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted and the City Council finds no reason to deny the license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that wine and
on -sale 3.2 malt liquor licenses are hereby approved for 1 st of Thai, Inc. d/b/a 1 st of Thai 10100 6t1'
Avenue North. The licenses are issued for a period through January 31, 2006.
