RESOLUTION NO. 2005-267
APPROVING ON -SALE AND SUNDAY INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES FOR
WOODY' S — CARLSON PARKWAY, LLC D/B/A WOODY' S GRILLE, 220 CARLSON
PARKWAY
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an on -sale and Sunday intoxicating liquor
license from Woody's — Carlson Parkway, LLC d/b/a Woody's Grille, 220 Carlson Parkway; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the
application.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an on -
sale and Sunday intoxicating liquor license is hereby approved for Woody's — Carlson Parkway,
LLC d/b/a Woody's Grille, 220 Carlson Parkway. The liquor license is issued for the period
through January 31, 2006.
Approved by the City Council on July 12, 2005.
